Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online channels
Craft compelling proposals and respond to client requirements on Upwork
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain CRM and track communication with prospects
Support in closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships
Skills Qualifications:
Excellent communication (verbal written) and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelancing platforms is a plus
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
Freshers with strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply
