Summary

As a Business Development Consultant at Seabase Newfoundland Limited, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence. This position is essential for driving growth and establishing strong relationships within the offshore oil/gas sector.

Responsibilities

Creating a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve business goas and targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conducting research and analysis of the market trends and competitors.
Presenting business or marketing opportunities and strategies to company executives.
Leading and overseeing the implementation of the business development strategies.
Organizing and attending meetings and events with potential clients and partners.
Tracking and reporting on business development results.
Identifying and developing new market opportunities for the business.
Ability to draft and negotiate business contracts
Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Degree in Business Administration and/or combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five (5) years in a Business Development role. Experience/Knowledge of the marine/offshore oil and gas industry East Coast Canada and Internationally.
Proficient in verbal and written English language skills and able to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills.
