Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our US market operations. The role involves researching potential business opportunities, initiating professional communication, and maintaining accurate business data to assist the growth of our US IT staffing services.

This position is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, confident in communication, and interested in building a long-term career in US IT staffing and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential US-based companies and business contacts
• Assist in lead identification and initial qualification activities
• Initiate professional communication via email and online platforms
• Maintain and update lead and activity information in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing business development initiatives
• Track assigned activities and prepare periodic reports
• Stay informed about general US hiring and market trends relevant to the role

Skills & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business / Marketing / IT preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, research, or support roles
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Familiarity with online research and professional networking platforms
• Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US time zones
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn
