Position
Business Development Executive – Investment Banking
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years (Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building strong relationships with promoters, startups, SMEs, corporates, investors, and financial institutions, and assisting in expanding the firm's corporate funding and financial advisory business.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, financial services, investment banking, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate funding and investment banking services.
Build and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, promoters, investors, NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions.
Prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound outreach.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their funding and advisory requirements.
Promote the firm's investment banking, corporate funding, financial advisory, and consulting services.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare client presentations, proposals, information memorandums, and pitch decks.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM database.
Track market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.
Assist in business negotiations and client onboarding.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business forums.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and business development skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Financial Services, Banking, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, or Consulting will be preferred.

Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Shift Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
