Role Overview
At Nivaan, one of our portfolio companies working on solving chronic pain with the world’s most advanced medical protocols, technology, and new-age care programs.
What’s On Offer
We are building a doctor channel. This a suitable role for folks who want to experience an early-stage company’s growth story and work directly with seasoned and charismatic Founders and the Chief of Staff.
Requirements
KRAs:
a. Onboard Doctor Universe (especially Physicians, Orthopaedics, Neurologist, and others) with Delhi NCR.
b. Engage (through calls, in-person, and marketing materials) with the most reputed Doctors and deliver Nivaan's offerings and differentiation.
c. Close commercials with Doctors for referrals and ensure smooth Doctor as well as patient experience post referral.
d. Work with the central marketing and communications team to design and implement offline activities (Doctor Workshops and Talks, and in society camps).
e. Monitor growth targets and come up with creative ways to achieve and over-achieve the same.
f. Act as a "Voice of Doctor" for the CEO of the company and continuously interact with the leadership team to solve for Doctor priorities.
Requirements:
a. Minimum 2-5 years of experience (Mandatory)
b. Exposure within sales organisation of a new age digital companies (Preferred, but not mandatory)
c. MBA (Preferred, but not mandatory)
