Job Description:

Aimlay Pvt Ltd is hiring a dedicated Business Associate (Ops-PhD) to represent our operations and student coordination efforts at Sikkim Alpine University in Namchi, Sikkim.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the on-ground representative of Aimlay Pvt Ltd at Sikkim Alpine University.
Oversee and coordinate the PhD admission process, ensuring end-to-end support for students.
Manage and verify admission documents and application processes.
Liaise between university administration and Aimlay operations team for seamless communication.
Provide timely updates on student status, application progress, and document verification.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and other operational support activities.
Skills Required:

Knowledge of PhD admission procedures and academic coordination
Strong understanding of document verification and process management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle coordination between multiple stakeholders
Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
