Overview

The Business Analyst - Post-Sales plays a vital role in bridging the gap between customer expectations and the company’s deliverables post-sale. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, analyzing data related to post-sales processes, and ensuring that the solutions meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting post-sales analysis, and providing insights that drive improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction. By working closely with various teams, including Customer Support, Sales, and Product Development, the Business Analyst will help streamline processes and identify opportunities for enhancing business operations. This role not only contributes to customer retention but is also instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to product development and service enhancements based on real customer feedback.

Job Responsibilities:-

Publishing documentation in the format required for project delivery.

Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.

Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed.

Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.

Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.

Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation

Identifies client organization strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.

Reviewing documents for language, punctuation, and style or formatting errors with proficiency.

Technical Recommendation and Testing.
