Job Description
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary market research to gather data on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities
• Data Interpretation: Analyze datasets of varying complexity to identify key insights and translate them into strategic recommendations for clients
• Report Development: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including data scientists, consultants, and industry experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting or a related field, with a focus on market access, pricing, reimbursement, or health economics.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Writing: Attention to detail in terms of style/consistency, grammar, syntax, scientific accuracy and layout
· Secondary research: Ability to use and guide teams in using public domain and collect and represent data in a systematic way
· Statistical knowledge: Sound knowledge of basic statistical techniques, assumptions, applications, interpretations and limitations
· Computer skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, power point and excel
· Excel Skills: Advanced skills in using MS-Excel; Data analysis using functions; understanding of commonly used data sets & business rules
