Notice Period : Immediate
Exp Range : 6 - 8 Yrs.
Location : Delhi NCR
Experience and Qualifications Required
• 6-8 years of strong business analysis experience within HR Domain.
• Good domain understanding of HR applications like Workday and HR practices in employee life cycle.
• Good understanding of cloud data platforms, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Proven track record of having strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high focus on your customers.
• Aware of the AGILE terminologies and should have knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Prior experience of handling workforce data on any HR tool.
• Understanding of HR KPIs to take data driven decisions.
• Knowledge of data querying & analysis will be an added advantage.
