Job Title:Head Chef – Gourmet Burger Bar (Goa)
Location: Goa, India

We’re launching a brand-new burger bar in the heart of Goa, focused on gourmet burgers, artisanal buns, house-made sauces, and a global flavor palette. We aim to offer a unique and unforgettable experience through our creative food, vibrant atmosphere, and high-quality ingredients.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and innovative Head Chef who brings deep expertise in:
- Artisan Bread & Bakery (especially burger buns)
- House-made Sauces & Condiments
- Creative Burger Recipes
- World Cuisines & Fusion Flavors
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a unique, world-inspired burger menu with a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Create and perfect a variety of burger buns in-house (brioche, pretzel, potato buns, etc.).
- Develop signature sauces, condiments, and sides that complement the burger offerings.
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, hygiene, costing, and team training.
- Source high-quality, local and imported ingredients.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Innovate and update the menu regularly based on seasonal ingredients and trends.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably in gourmet burger joints or restaurants with global menus.
- Strong background in baking and sauce making.
- Creative, experimental, and tuned into international food trends.
- Leadership skills to manage and train a small team.
- Passion for quality, plating, and innovation.
- Willingness to relocate to or currently based in Goa.
