Job Description
We're looking for a Business Head to lead and grow Cranberry's Marketing Division.
This role combines business leadership with marketing expertise. You'll be responsible for profitability, client success, team performance, pricing strategy, and overall business growth.
What You'll Own:
Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead Design, Content, and Marketing teams.
Manage hiring, performance, and team development.
Oversee resource planning and capacity management.
Define pricing and commercial strategies.
Lead key client relationships and business reviews.
Support sales with proposals, strategy, and market insights.
Maintain portfolios, case studies, and sales collateral.
Build and manage freelancer and agency partner networks.
Identify growth opportunities and new service offerings.
What We're Looking For:
Leadership experience within a marketing agency.
Experience managing multiple marketing functions.
Strong understanding of agency operations and client servicing.
Proven experience managing profitability or P&L.
Strong commercial judgment and pricing experience.
Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
Confident in client presentations and sales discussions.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with international clients is preferred.
