Product Innovation Manager

We're building cutting-edge technology led financial products and infrastructure for millions of financially aware users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric marketing and product strategies that enhance the user experience across multiple channels.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design for key features across web and app platforms.
• Design intuitive user interfaces by translating business requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that drive business and user goals.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with 2–4 years of experience working in a fast-paced product team environment. Proficiency with Figma is a must; familiarity with design system libraries, auto-layout, component variants, etc.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and developing their skills in UI/UX design. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.
