bella homes' is seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Carpenter to join our team in Whangarei Central Northland. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a talented tradesperson who is passionate about quality work and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Undertake a range of carpentry tasks to construct residential buildings
Read and interpret building plans to ensure work is completed to specification
Carry out framing, roof framing, flooring, and finishing work to a high standard
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in residential construction
Strong working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and other tradespeople
Current driver's licence and your own reliable tools and transport
