Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled Budget Analyst to support a Homeland Security client in Washington, D.C.. Successful candidates demonstrate competency in project execution, critical thinking, and customer service while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position will require an active security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Perform all programming, planning, budget, and execution actions, including preparation of purchase requests, purchase requests, and inter-agency agreements, as well as processing obligations after award.
Prepare status reports on obligations and outstanding commitments, spend plans and related briefings, and budget exhibits.
Coordinate execution and tracking of funds for acquisition workforce training.
Enter data into government resource management systems.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
This position will require an active security clearance at the Secret level.
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years of federal budget execution experience,
Experience working with the Treasury G-Invoicing tool
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Self-directed, detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities

Target salary range: $90,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
