Job Description
Overview
We are seeking Bricklayers Labourers to work on site for a long established family run business with a full order book. This is a permanent full time roll. Salary dependant on experience. Full driving license required. Salary dependant on experience.
Responsibilities
Assist bricklayers with the preparation and organisation of materials and tools on-site
Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, under supervision
Support with mixing mortar, carrying bricks, blocks, and other building materials
Help with site tidying and ensuring work areas are safe and organised
Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Support the team in completing projects efficiently and to a high standard of craftsmanship
Qualifications
Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Telehandler ticket required/preferred but training an be given to the right candite
Basic understanding of bricklaying or general construction techniques is desirable
Physically fit with good stamina for manual labour tasks throughout the day
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy construction environment
Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship
