Salary: £25,+44.86 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Summary
The Breakfast Chef is a key member of our team at Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, and sausages
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented well
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and follow all food hygiene regulations
• Order and manage stock levels for breakfast ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Assist with the preparation of other meals and dishes as required
Qualifications
• Experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role in the catering and hospitality industry
• A relevant qualification in catering or hospitality, such as a NVQ or City & Guilds
• A good understanding of food hygiene regulations and health and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
