Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site presence at Off Court and the flexibility to work from home for designated tasks. The Brand Partnerships and Events Manager will identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships that align with Off Court’s positioning as a premium multi-sport lifestyle destination. The role involves managing the entire partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting. On a day-to-day basis, the manager will plan and execute on-ground and in-club events, from concept development and budgeting to vendor coordination, production, and post-event evaluation. The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, F&B, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences, consistent messaging, and measurable returns for partners and the club. They will also track industry trends, build relationships with agencies and brand decision-makers, and maintain a structured pipeline of partnership and event opportunities.
Qualifications
• Experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales, including skills in prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and account management.
• Event planning and execution skills, including experience with on-ground activations, vendor and stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and timelines.
• Marketing and communication abilities, such as developing proposals, creating partnership decks, crafting event communication, and aligning with brand guidelines.
• Relationship-building skills with external partners, agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to drive collaborative outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and partnership projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with data and reporting, including tracking KPIs, preparing post-event or post-campaign reports, and using insights to improve future initiatives.
• Prior experience in hospitality, sports, lifestyle, or membership-led brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
