Brand Designer
Job Description
We build new-age innerwear brands for an underserved category, including Lilychic, our age-appropriate line for pre-teen and teen girls. We're fast-growing, e-commerce-led, and building a brand that stands out on shelf and on screen. This is an early-team role with the opportunity to shape the brand's entire visual identity.
The Role
We're looking for a strong graphic designer to own every visual touchpoint of the brand - from Amazon listings to packaging to marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the founders, turning brand and product into design that sells across e-commerce and retail.
What You'll Own
• Amazon content - A+ / Premium A+ modules, listing images, infographics, and mobile-first layouts
• Packaging design - retail and e-commerce packaging that's shelf-ready and on-brand
• Marketing creatives - banners, social media assets, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
• Brand systems - maintaining visual consistency across every channel and touchpoint
• Product design support - basic garment sketches and design inputs (nice to have, not core)
What We're Looking For
• A design degree, preferably from NIFT or a comparable design institute
• 1-3 years of graphic/visual design experience, ideally for consumer or D2C brands
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva - this is the core of the role
• A proven eye for layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency
• Portfolio showing e-commerce creatives, packaging, or marketing design (Amazon A+ experience is a big plus)
• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Bonus: basic garment sketching ability, or experience with apparel/consumer brands
Why Join Us
• Own the complete visual identity of a fast-growing brand
• Direct collaboration with founders - your work ships fast and reaches real customers
• Hybrid flexibility
• Early-team role with genuine scope to grow with the company
