Job Description
PlushMiles is building an affordable-premium, D2C mobility brand starting with Delhi NCR. We serve people who value their time, comfort and reliability — frequent flyers, founders and senior professionals, families, business travellers and people who simply want a more dependable way to move around the city. We are now looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of how the brand looks, sounds, grows and gets remembered.
What you'll own
· Brand voice and storytelling across social, website and customer communication.
· A consistent content engine: customers, airports, chauffeurs, EVs, Delhi and the founder journey.
· Influencer collaborations, partnerships and campaign execution — from idea to measurable outcome.
· Coordination with performance marketing, creative and PR partners.
Turning customer feedback and behaviour into sharper positioning and better campaigns.
· Most importantly: execution. This is not a role for only making brand strategy decks.
Who we'd love to meet
Someone with roughly 3–6 years of experience in a consumer startup, D2C brand, travel/hospitality business or a strong creative/digital agency. You should have taste, commercial instinct, strong writing/storytelling skills and the energy to build from scratch. Mobility experience is not required.
Why this role
We're not looking for someone to manage our Instagram. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a recognisable consumer brand in premium mobility — working directly with the founders and owning the journey end-to-end.
