This role involves inspiring both consumers and industry professionals to become advocates for the Flor de Caña brand. As the representative for Flor de Caña in their designated region, the person in this position will build trust with customers, ensure the brand's availability and visibility in key on-premise and off-premise accounts, and drive continuous volume growth. They will consistently identify business opportunities and emerging trends within the area, develop a solid network of influential decision-makers, demonstrate strong negotiation skills, and promote a solution-oriented approach. This role may require evening and weekend work and must be conducted with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Management of the On-Premise Global Program:
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the mixology, hotel bars, and gastronomy venues program, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Business Opportunity Development: Identify and leverage new opportunities to increase local sales in alignment with commercial and marketing strategies.
Staff Training: Lead and execute training sessions for staff at key accounts in both on-trade and off-trade channels to enhance product knowledge and service techniques.
Consumer Sampling and Masterclasses: Organize and conduct tasting sessions and masterclasses at key accounts to educate consumers and promote the brand.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with on-trade and off-trade accounts, ensuring regular and effective communication to foster loyalty and sales growth.
Collaboration with Distributors: Work closely with the distributor's sales force to optimize and generate sales, anticipating opportunities to meet sales objectives.
