About the Role
Grapes Worldwide is looking for an AI-Brand Solutions Strategist who can combine brand thinking, creative strategy, influencer marketing, social media, media planning, and client servicing to deliver impactful integrated campaigns.
We are looking for a new-generation marketer who naturally leverages AI tools to work smarter, think faster, and deliver stronger outcomes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using AI-powered workflows to improve research, planning, reporting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
β’ Develop integrated marketing and brand strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
β’ Build campaign narratives, content frameworks, and creative directions that strengthen brand positioning.
β’ Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and market opportunities into actionable campaign ideas.
β’ Conduct research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
β’ Collaborate closely with creative, content, production, and media teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
β’ Develop influencer-led campaign strategies across relevant platforms and creator categories.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and recommend creators, influencers, and strategic partners aligned with campaign objectives.
β’ Coordinate influencer activations, collaborations, and end-to-end campaign execution.
β’ Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future partnerships.
Social Media Strategy
β’ Develop platform-specific content and communication strategies across key social channels.
β’ Oversee content planning and ensure consistency with broader brand objectives.
β’ Stay updated on platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.
β’ Recommend innovative approaches to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Media Planning & Campaign Support
β’ Support media planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and channel recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with media and performance marketing teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
β’ Understand key media metrics, performance indicators, and reporting frameworks.
β’ Contribute to integrated media recommendations that balance brand-building and performance objectives.
