Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build and drive sales for the Loan Against Property (LAP – Secured) product.
• Achieve branch sales targets and ensure consistent productivity.
• Lead and manage the Sales Team / Direct Sales Team (DST).
• Drive business through DSA (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and open market channels.
• Ensure smooth processing of loan files from login to disbursement, coordinating with internal teams
(Credit & Operations).
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market to expand the LAP portfolio.
• Execute market activities, field visits, and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor basic collections coordination to support portfolio quality.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Micro LAP / LAP sales.
• Experience in handling ticket sizes ranging from ?5 Lakhs to ?15 Lakhs preferred.
• Proven team handling experience (Sales/DST).
• Strong knowledge of the local market and open market sourcing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) – Mandatory
• Graduate (preferred)
