Job Title : Branch Sales Manager DSA Purpose of Job: Responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management & profitability of assigned geography / customer segments / customer set. Responsible for business growth & maintenance. Describe the KPIs against each perspective Perspective Business and Financial Management · Builder relationship and knowledge of Approved Project process · Managing channel partners and DSA · Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity · Capability to do direct sourcing · Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent · Display strong understanding of customer business · To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities · Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business · In depth knowledge of processes & policies Customer Focus · Advising customers on their financial needs for mortgage · Prompt resolution of customer complaints People / Team Recruiting Channels & DSA employees Process / Quality Improvement Ensuring portfolio quality The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are: Task Performed Contact point verification Cold Calling Closing of files Awareness Calls To support soft collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent Other factors relevant to the job Other aspects of the job not covered by the above but necessary to have a full understanding of it are: (add additional sheets if required) Other relevant factors (Required Skills) Target oriented Ability to perform under pressure Good communication Skills Empathetic Prioritization Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: Product knowledge of Home loan and Loan against Property No. of years of relevant experience: 2– 5 years of mortgage experience (Low ATS HL preferable) Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience preferably from Banking or NBFCs engaged in Home Finance. Any specific specialization/education: Minimum qualification graduation or equivalent.
