Branch Relationship Officer
Job Description
You will be a crucial part of the branch banking team as a Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at Axis Bank. Your primary responsibilities will include offering financial solutions to customers, promoting the bank's products, providing services to existing and potential customers, and generating new business through referrals and customer visits. Your communication skills will play a key role in acquiring new customers and cross-selling banking products. Additionally, you will engage with existing customers, process transactions within defined timelines, and introduce customers to alternative banking channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer solutions and cross-sell the bank's retail banking and third-party products within assigned budgets.
- Meet monthly business targets consistently.
- Generate referrals and leads for acquiring new customers.
- Promote bank products through marketing activities and customer visits.
- Contact existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell products.
- Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address customer queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Meet audit requirements to maintain optimal audit ratings.
- Complete all mandatory certifications and training programs.
- Record customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
- Participate in bank initiatives, campaigns, and drives.
Qualifications:
- Graduation / Post-Graduation from a recognized institute.
