Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager at CARPETWAYS DIRECT (UK) LIMITED. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This role will be based in Stirlingshire region.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in retail or sales management
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is a plus
