Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Job Summary:
• Fluent Communication in English and is presentable
• Total Experience must be more than 8-10 years in Banking – Retail
• Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5-2 years + No recent promotion
• A double grade hike will not be offered to the candidate – grade fitment to be checked bank to bank
• Required Book Size : GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 70Cr +. If his current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be mentioned along with the org name.
• MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (80-100Cr) / AUM + CA (80-100Cr)
• Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years./ Candidates Rated 3 for 3 consecutive years will not be considered.
• The candidate should not be ‘out of a job’ unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.
