Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions via calls, emails, and chats.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage customer profiles and data, keeping everything up to date in the CRM system.
Address any client concerns and resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling of services when required.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
