Qualifications And Skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a BPO Executive or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Customer-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
