Job Description
This job will be responsible for providing efficient customer support by resolving client problems over the phone on a daily basis. You'll take care of any problems that emerge so that we can provide full satisfaction to our customers.
Salary : 13K - 25K plus lucrative incentives
⦁ L1 : 13K-15K
⦁ L2 : 15K-18K
⦁ L3 : 18K-24K
⦁ L4 : 25K +
RESPONSIBILITY:
Customers should cultivate relationships with essential personnel..Ability to properly communicate over the phone.To ensure client satisfaction, schedule regular meetings with them.Handle all loan-related phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.

Strong influencing skills.A customer-oriented attitudeGood communication skills and knowledge,Problem-solving aptitude
