We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient working environment.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Support facilities management, including coordination of repairs and maintenance needs.
Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems.
Project Management Team Support
Provide calendar, scheduling, and administrative support to leadership and team members as needed.
Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
Assist in planning company events and team-building activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the leadership team and company goals.
Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
Administration
Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Coordinate parking and access to facilities
Maintain accurate administrative records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
3+ years of office management, executive assistance, or administrative coordination experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Understanding of recovery principles or Twelve Step programs is an asset.

Compensation Work Environment
Full-time (Mon-Fri), on-site based in the Calgary office.
