Job Description:
Nyle is looking for an entry level accounting and bookkeeping specialist.
You will be responsible for several day-to-day aspects of accounting, including:
Accounts payable processing and inventory reconciliation.
Tracking and reporting accuracy of cost and inventory transactions in an ERP System.
Bank and general ledger reconciliation.
Sales order entry, progress billing, and sales tax.
Invoicing and accounts receivable.
Support the rest of the organization where possible.
The position is based in Brewer, ME and reports to the Controller.

Job Requirements and
Qualifications:
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices is required.
Associates' or bachelor's degree in accounting, or working towards an accounting degree is strongly preferred, Experience with ERP/Accounting systems (e.
g.
:
E2-Shoptech; Exact JobBoss ProfitKey or Globalshop) is a strong plus.
2 - 4 years of experience either at a small / medium company, preference in manufacturing, or at an accounting firm working with manufacturing companies.
In-depth knowledge and experience in a GSuite/Windows environment:
Gmail, Drive, Word, Excel, etc.
Strong attention to detail; highest level of integrity, and focus on meeting commitments.
