Job Title: US Accounting QBO Executive

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Job Summary:

PCS Global Group is seeking a US Accounting QBO Executive to handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts management for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and a strong understanding of US accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.
Work closely with clients to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial data management.
Support the senior accounting team in reporting and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with US-based clients or accounting firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
