Overview
We are looking for energetic and friendly Boba Tea Barista Store Team Members to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, crafting tasty non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring our store runs smoothly. Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of bubble tea and other non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including food handling, beverage prep areas, and seating spaces.
Handle retail sales transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and processing cash transactions.
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Support team members during busy hours by assisting with beverage preparation and customer service.
Experience
Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus.
Experience in food service or retail sales transactions will help you succeed in this role.
Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math, and basic calculations are important.
Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
