The MBD EV engineer will be responsible for developing real-time deployable algorithms and optimized code for integration with low level software
Responsibilities
• Requirement generation and management
• Battery and BMS modelling in MATLAB
• Development of Algorithms for BMS, VCU and other EV products
• Developmental level checks like static analysis and conformance to modelling standards
• Control system design and analysis in MATLAB/Simulink
• Embedded code generation and optimization of code using MATLAB tools for integration with low level/base software
• Testing and tuning of deployed algorithms on Embedded hardware
Qualifications
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics Engineering with focus on Control systems
• 3-7 years of experience in development of Model Based Design tools like MATLAB
• Atleast 2-3 years of hands on experience on designing and testing algorithms for BMS
Must have Skills:
• Experience in Model based design workflow and ALM processes
• Good understanding of Software development and Software quality processes, modelling standards like MAB
• Familiarity with Auto-code generation using Embedded Coder
• Product development experience using Simulink, Stateflow, Simscape, Embedded Coder, Simulink requirements, Simulink Check, Simulink design verifier
• Strong working knowledge of Control system development in MATLAB and making it deployable for embedded processors
