Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

The Blender/Fragrance Compounder is responsible for accurately weighing, blending, and processing fragrance batches according to established formulas and specifications
This individual will operate compounding equipment, maintain GMP documentation, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support overall production objectives
Prepare and process fragrance batches according to approved formulas, specifications, and procedures
Stage, weigh, and transfer raw materials for production activities
Operate blending and compounding equipment including mixers, pumps, scales, and other production machinery
Clean and sanitize tanks, processing equipment, pumps, and production areas
Complete GMP documentation, batch records, logbooks, and production reports accurately and on time
Follow all cGMP, FDA, safety, and company requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Utilize proper inventory management practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out) material rotation
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Maintain product quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
Meet established productivity, attendance, safety, and quality goals
Work overtime as needed to support business requirements

Position Summary
