Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze documents to ensure accurate data entry and billing.
Prepare invoices and supporting documents using Microsoft Excel.
Accurately enter billing information into internal systems.
Ensure timely submission of invoices with the necessary approvals and supporting documents.
Send invoices via email as required.
Follow up on pending documentation required for billing.
Address billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams or clients.
Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation.
Stay current with changes in billing guidelines or client-specific requirements.
Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM is preferred for Excel billing work, with +5%+ accuracy. Speed and accuracy in numeric and tabular data entry are crucial.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of billing experience, especially involving Excel-based invoice preparation.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in accounting or Microsoft Office are a plus).
