Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and contractor invoices.
- Measure executed quantities and maintain billing records.
- Review BOQs, work orders, and contract documents.
- Process variation orders and additional work claims.
- Perform material reconciliation and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for bill certification.
- Prepare monthly billing and project cost reports.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills
- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, billing procedures, and contract
- Experience in hotel projects.
