Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all invoicing and revenue-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner to clients.
Verify billing details and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in the management of accounts receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline billing processes.
Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a billing or finance-related role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.61 – $49.27 per hour
