Job description
Position: Billing & Purchase Entry - Executive
Shift: Fixed shift – Any 10 hours between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Locations: Lalbaug / Bandra (Kalanagar) / Andheri (4 Bungalows)
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
• Greet customers warmly upon receiving their basket.
• Ensure all products are scanned accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product prices and match them with the system; report any discrepancies immediately.
• Offer product sampling at the billing counter when applicable.
• Accurately capture customer details in the system.
• Pack all products properly and apply relevant charges where applicable.
• Present the final bill and guide customers through the payment process.
• Resolve customer queries related to pricing, weight, or product concerns.
Product & Inventory Management
• Ensure the billing area is well-stocked with billing rolls, bags, and other required materials.
• Inform the concerned team member about low stock levels for timely replenishment.
• Execute and apply ongoing promotions effectively.
Operations
• Handle cancellations and refund processes as per company policy.
• Remove barcodes where necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing area at all times.
• Actively participate and listen during daily huddle meetings.
• Efficiently execute online orders received from delivery partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
