In concrete terms, you must:
Meet (and exceed) sales and service goals.
Provide an exceptional customer experience by phone and email.
Work with rigor, speed and a constant concern for performance.
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in consultative sales or telesales (B2C or B2B).
Motivation to perform in a results-oriented environment.
You are bilingual (French and English).
Available to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
Autonomy, good judgment and a real talent for capturing attention.
