Job Description
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Bilingual Production lead for a Manufacturing Company in Monroe, NC
Shift:
2nd
3:30 pm – 2:00 am
Monday – Thursday
Pay
$18/hr
Weekly pay every Friday
Temp to hire opportunity
Duties
• Discus work orders first thing in the morning with supervisor and machine operators.
• Make sure the operators have the correct supplies needed for the orders.
• Keep the associates working.
• KEEP THE SUPERVISOR INFORM IF ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED
• Call the receiving area if material is needed.
• Call Maintenance if a machine is down.
• Print paperwork (Job orders, labels, forms)
• Fill out paperwork.
• Enter information in the system (5%)
• Detail orientated.
Requirements
2 -3 years of production lead experience
Bilingual (Spanish and English fluently)
Manufacturing experience
Machine operating experience
High School diploma
