What We'll Bring: Provides legal services to TransUnion (Global Solutions) ensuring that business practices, policies and dealings of the corporation meet contractual and regulatory requirements and that its operations are within the scope established by law, inclusive of privacy and consumer reporting legislation. The person provides counseling to management, interprets and/or prepares legal documents and renders opinions regarding issues faced by TransUnion with its Global Solutions. The person must have a broad-based knowledge of business-at-large, experience in international legal matters and must rapidly learn the issues faced by the business in order to legally protect the company.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor degree in laws and at least 5-7 years of experience as a general commercial lawyer. Must be a member of the law society in country of residence. Knowledge and understanding of the following areas of law are recommended: privacy legislation, data and technology and consumer reporting legislation, contract law and general
