What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients — via phone, email, and in person
Translate legal documents and client communications with accuracy and professionalism
Assist attorneys in managing cases from intake through resolution
Prepare and organize legal documents including correspondence, forms, and case files
Schedule appointments, court dates, and maintain deadlines using legal software
Handle administrative tasks that keep the legal team organized and running efficiently
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Fluent in Spanish and English — written and spoken
1+ year of experience in a legal or administrative role (law firm experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A calm, professional communicator who can handle sensitive situations with empathy
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Passionate about helping people and working as part of a supportive legal team
