Benefits Salary: $55,000 – $65,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities Provide legal administrative support to Lawyers
Draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence and legal documents in both English and French
Prepare routine client communications and legal documentation utilizing established templates and procedures
Manage electronic and physical client files in accordance with firm policies and procedures
Maintain file organization, document accuracy, and records management standards
General legal assistant duties supporting a busy Labour and Employment practice
Client and stakeholder communication in both official languages
Assist with scheduling, file maintenance, and general practice administration tasks
Qualifications 2–4+ years of Legal Assistant experience within a law firm environment
Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Experience supporting Lawyers within a legal environment is required
Labour & Employment Law experience is strongly preferred
Civil Litigation experience will also be considered
Prior experience supporting bilingual Lawyers is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
