About Bharat Banking:
Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and Rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.
About the Role:
Zonal Mangers leads the Rural Lending business at Zonal level and is responsible for improving the control over business and ensure that there is responsible lending across geographies. This role leads sales force across remote locations under zonal territory by setting up a distinct business in microfinance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for achieving the annual disbursement budgets and monthly disbursal budgets
· Ensure quality of microfinance portfolio by keeping 30+ DPD within targeted level and 7-30 within targeted level
· Responsible for planning region level targets
· Responsible for conducting sales planning, sales team recruitment and training at Zone
· Responsible for driving contests and campaigns at Zone
· Ensure that the Sales Team is earning Incentive on Monthly basis
· Conduct branch visits and drive customer retention activities
· Ensure collections are timely reported by all region and keep operating expenses under control
· Ensure Clearance of M2I training modules at all Level
· Conduct branch audit, disbursement audit and collection audit at Zonal Level
· Conduct disbursement and collection analysis at Zonal Level
