Job Summary
As a Bell Attendant (Porter), you will go beyond a welcome and departure. At JW Marriott Auckland, this looks like creating personalised and unique experiences for our guests. You will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, with a focus on Guest Service and Loyalty. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Meet connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests
Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding areas
Process all guest luggage and deliver to their rooms
Assisting with any taxi or transportation requests
Valet services
Candidates would need to already possess an unrestricted driver's license for New Zealand to be considered for the role.
