Behaviour Support Practitioner - Psychologist, Social Worker, SP or OT
Job Description
Closing Date: 03/07/2026
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Job Category: Clinical Practice
Job Description
We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role is open to practitioners from a range of disciplines – including Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Educators. We are particularly interested in hearing from Psychologists looking to apply their clinical skills in a community-based, systems-focused setting.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely motivated to create meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives. You’ll work alongside care teams, families, and the systems that support them to implement real, evidence-based interventions in real-world settings.
If you’re a practitioner who has been wondering whether there’s more than the therapy room and whether you could apply your assessment, intervention design, and therapeutic skills more broadly, more systemically, and more collaboratively – this role was built for you.
