Front-of-House Guest Coordinator

About the Role
Wax It Wellness & Rejuvenation is looking for a warm, confident, and service‑driven Guest Coordinator to welcome and support our valued guests. As the first and last point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a relaxing, memorable experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations
Maintain a beautiful, calming environment for guests and team members
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Assist guests with skincare enquiries and product recommendations

A bubbly, confident personality with a genuine love for people
Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic retail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and support team flow
Comfortable achieving realistic KPIs
Availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts
