Batch Plant Laboratory Aide/ Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our construction team as a Batch Plant Laboratory Aide / Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic laboratory testing for concrete, aggregates, and construction materials
Collect and prepare samples from the batch plant and project sites
Assist in monitoring concrete quality and mix consistency
Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory reports
Clean, maintain, and organize laboratory equipment and work areas
Support quality control operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Must have strong stamina can lift more than 5 kgs.
Qualifications:

At least college-level; graduates or undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
Experience in construction materials testing or batch plant operations is preferred
Knowledge of concrete testing procedures is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to undergo training
A valid driver’s license is a plus
