Bartender/Server

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, mocktails and customer service, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, mocktails and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
Operate the POS system for processing transactions accurately.
Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of food handling.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Experience in the food industry is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
Smart Serve certification (preferred)
